If you submit comments, reviews, feedback, messages, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Dashreels a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such User Content in connection with the Service and our business operations.

Certain features and content require a paid subscription (“Premium Subscription”).
By subscribing:
Your Subscription grants access only during the applicable subscription period and does not transfer ownership of any Content.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or through the platform from which you subscribed (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used billing periods.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL CANCELED.
YOU AUTHORIZE DASHREELS TO CHARGE THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH RENEWAL PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE RENEWAL.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the applicable app marketplace. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
This section is intended to comply with applicable automatic renewal laws, including California’s Automatic Renewal Law and similar U.S. state laws.
All purchases are final except where required by applicable law.
Because digital content is deemed delivered immediately upon access, refunds generally will not be provided.

Dashreels respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Your Subscription provides access to stream eligible Content during the applicable subscription period only. No ownership rights in any Content are transferred to you. Dashreels is not responsible for delays, errors, or decisions made by third-party marketplace providers regarding billing, subscription management, or refund requests.
Apple Inc., Google LLC, and other applicable marketplace operators are not parties to these Terms and have no responsibility for the Service except as required under their respective platform terms.
Dashreels respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), Dashreels may remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing upon receipt of a compliant copyright notice.
If Dashreels determines that a user has repeatedly infringed the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others, Dashreels may suspend or permanently terminate that user’s account and access to the Service.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DASHREELS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
